Georgia Highlands Baseball ranked 13th in the NJCAA DI Coaches Association Preseason Poll

The Georgia Highlands College baseball team has been ranked 13th in the NJCAA DI Coaches Association Preseason Poll. The Chargers are coming off a 42-16 season in which they won the Region XVII Championship and advanced to the NJCAA World Series.

Georgia Highlands returns several key players from last year's team, including All-American pitcher Jake Godfrey. Godfrey was 10-2 with a 2.30 ERA last season. The Chargers also return All-Region shortstop Alex Edmondson and outfielder Tyler Shelnut.
